In this project we were taught how to use the program Glogster. Glogster is used to make online posters for almost anything. This class we learned how to change the background wall and front page pattern, open text boxes and how to upload pictures and video.I used pictures of my profile, commitment.
Photoshop Cloning
In this project we learned how to use the Photoshop cloning tool. To use it, we had to click and press Alt on the area of the picture we wanted to clone from.There are many different ways to use the cloning tool in photoshop. It is possible to select an object in the picture and clone another one in a different place, or clone the background over to take the object out of the picture.

For this lesson, we learned how to use the cropping tool in photoshop. There are a few different ways to crop an image using this program. You can use the "lasso tool" which requires you to drag a line around the object you want to crop. There is also the "wand" tool
Monk-e-Mail
For this you-teach we learned how to customize a monkey to put on our wikis or websites. We were taught how to use this program to make a monkey, with customisable speech like the Voki project.
Photoshop Attitude Painting
In this project we used photoshop to make a picture that can portray out Attitude. I drew a cheetah running because they can be very commited when chasing prey for their cubs. I used a few different tools, like the paint brush, grass brush, fill bucket, select tool and gradient tool.
Photoshop Backgrounds
In this project we used different ways of making backgrounds on photoshop. We used, styles, gradients and clouds. My style is in the back, then gradient, followed by the clouds.
Voki

In this project we used an online program, Voki. Voki is used to make customizable characters that can speak. You can customize the kind of character, shape of the nose, mouth and head as well as colors. To make it speak you type words in the speach box and choose what accent and language you want it spoken in.
Image Editing with Word
In this project we used Microsoft Word to edit a picture. In order to seperate an individual dog from a row, I had to use the cropping tool to single out each of the dogs. After they were cropped there was a wide selection of tools and options to edit the individual pictures such as borders and contrast.
You Teach
Reflection: For our youteach project, Nicole, Cristina, and Elizabeth choose to work on a polldaddy survey. We learned how to create a survey that evaluated the attitudes that tie into technology. We enjoyed this project because it was simple and it was interesting to learn how to create a poll survey. We did not enjoy this project because it was difficult to post it to our wiki pages. Nicole had a problem posting it onto her wiki page when the survey appeared all broken up on her wiki page. Nicole, Cristina, and Elizabeth can use this feature in life because they would be able to be a survey person who posts their surveys online just to get other peoples ideas. We think that surveying could be an interesting part of a job. We really enjoyed working together on this project.
